Typical family restaurant food, at above average prices. The water was absolutely disgusting. I’ve never not finished a glass of water at a restaurant. Service was just blah. They seemed more annoyed we were there, especially as it became closer to closing time at 2pm. The adult busboy made stops at our table every coupl of minutes starting at 1:30 to try to clear plates that still had food on it that people were clearly eating from. At 1:40, when we didn’t give up a plate, he said “You know we close soon” in a stern tone. He went away and then began setting up the vacuum in the area we were in. Another employee was already mopping the floors, so as we left at 1:50, we were told multiple times to be careful as the floor was slippery. Seriously? You couldn’t wait to clean until the customers are gone. Likely won’t be back, but most definitely not anywhere near closing time.

I had already posted two pictures from my last couple visits, but I didn’t officially write my review. I must say, I wish I could go there right now but my kids are under the weather. This place feels like home. From the start we had a lovely waitress who did not rush me when I was so indecisive because the menu has SOO many delicious options… Her service was amazing. I forgot her name but she wore glasses. There was this gentleman, I think his name was Val? I wanted to give him a special shout out because he literally kept coming with the coffee so it stayed full and warm the entire visit. And then the food itself has been perfect every time, fresh and flavorful and served pretty quickly. No complaints whatsoever. My favorite has been the corned beef and cabbage! So I apologize for the duplicate pics. It was a huge portion that tasted even better when I devoured my leftovers the following day. I can’t wait to go back, and soon to bring the kids with me as well ! It’s the perfect family restaurant. I haven’t had dinner there yet but I’m confident it would not disappoint ❤️

Clean, small business feel in a country diner with kind, accommodating staff.
The business is bustling and you will see the owner working among his employees, setting the standard.
Very nice staff and delicious food.
Breakfast was swedish pancakes and eggs with oatmeal and banana.
Definitely full and very fair prices for what you get.
Full bar seating along with tables and booths.
Parking in the rear.
